Σύμβαση Αγοραπωλησίας Ακινήτου
1) The sellers declared as they appear and are represented herein, that they
promise and guarantee the present real property, which they sell today by
my present contract free and discharged from any and every, charge, debt,
mortgage, prenotice for a mortgage, seizure, conservatory and forced,
victory of another party, vindication, sequestration, servitudes, personal and
real, expropriation and compensation from such cause, apart from zoning on
the grounds that it is located outside of the urban plan, apart from the
restrictions and prohibitions of the Rural and Forest Code, the Unified Tax
of Property Owners (ENFIA), the indebtedness of taxes, public or
municipal, inheritance taxes, taxes on parental grant and donation inter
vivos, from any dispute, contestation or dispute, claim from inheritance or
other cause, lease relationship, or lease of rural land, duties, taxes and
contributions and from any other legal defect. Thus, the sellers are alienated
and estranged from any title and right of ownership, possession and
detention on the real property under sale and they constitute the purchaser
as full owner, possessor and detentor of the immovable, who can from this
day onward detain it, possess it and dispose it as it desires and by the
absolute and full right of ownership, as it is stated in the hereinabove. The
purchaser declared via its legal representative that it concedes and accepts
the made to it sale and transfer of the hereinabove real property as stated in
the hereinabove, which, its legal representative received in full and
exclusive ownership, possession and detention, that it paid the agreed upon
consideration, in the manner stated and further that it accepts also what was
stated in the hereinabove. Also, the contracting parties agreed as they appear
and are represented in the present, that if the hereinabove real property is
included in the town plan, every tax, duty or contribution which shall be
verified for its inclusion shall be paid by the purchaser even if it is verified
against the sellers. In turn, the contracting parties declared as they appear
and are represented in the present contract of mine, expressly and
unconditionally that they waive any of their rights to retract, annul and in
general contest the present contract and the contract of the sale that was
