386A in conjunction to article 386 par. 1a of the Penal Code of Greece)

To the Honorable Director of the Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate

We plead that you conduct a preliminary examination:

A) Requesting from the internet service provision companies and the mobile
telephony companies to notify to us, the former the particulars of the holder /
holders of the electronic traces which are stated in the criminal complaint under
judgement on the dates in question and the latter the particulars of the holder /
holders of the telephone numbers which possibly can arise from the
investigation of the case as numbers of which the users made use, in application
of the Opinion of the Court of Cassation Public Prosecutor 9/2009, 12/2009 and
9/2011. In turn you must take unsworn explanations of the actor / actors.
