PRESIDENTIAL DECREES

Approval of the amendment, supplementation and consolidation of the provisions of the Statute of the
Foundation under the name ‘$$$ FOUNDATION’, which was ratified by the under number $$0/$$$9
Presidential Decree (GGI 76A) and was amended, supplemented and consolidated by the as from 12-5-
1984 Presidential decree (GGI 349 B).

Upon a proposal of the Alternate Minister of Finance, the Alternate Minister of Education,
Research and Religious Affairs and the Minister of Culture and Sport

we hereby decide:
Sole Article

We hereby approve the amendment, supplementation and consolidation of the provisions of the
Statute of the Foundation under the name ‘$$$’ which was established by $$$ by virtue of its under
number 9$$$2/2$.$.1978 instrument of incorporation, which was drafted before the Notary Public
Konstantinos $$$ and whose statute was approved by the under number 2$$/6.$.19$$ Presidential
Decree (GGI 7$/$$.4.1979 Vol. A) and was amended and supplemented by the under number
3$$8/$.$.1$$3 notarial deed of the founder which was drafted in Geneva, before the then Consul
General of Greece, which constitutes a Private Law Legal Person and is supervised by the
Ministries of Finance, of Education and Religious Affairs and of Culture and Sport and is governed
by the provisions of the present Statute and enjoys the administrative and financial independence
pursuant to the provisions on foundations of articles 108 et seq. of the Civil Code.
By virtue of the provisions of the third section of par. 6 of article 33 of L. 1882/1990, as they were
added by art. 76 of L. 2065/1992 the Foundation has full administrative and managerial autonomy
and thereupon do not apply the provisions of L. 4182/2013 as they have been amended and are
standing by application of par. 1 of art. 82 of the same law, save for the provisions which concern
the filing and approval of the budgets and reports only as to the observance of the provisions of
the present statute.
2. Seat of the foundation is the town of $$$ on the island of $$$ and a branch thereof operates in
Athens.
By a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Foundation branches can be created also in other
towns or cities of Greece.
3. The seal of the Foundation is circular. Therein are inscribed perimetrically the words ‘$$$
FOUNDATION’ and at the center the word ‘$$$’. It is permitted by a resolution of the Board of
Directors to add at the center of the seal a representation or an emblem of the Foundation. Each
document of the Foundation must bear next to the signature of the person who signs it also the seal
