SCOPE

The scope of $$$ is non-profit but in general, economic within the context of article

784 of the Civil Code and consists in the research, study and documentation of matters

which pertain to commerce, services and in general the tertiary sector of the economy.

Indicatively:

- The supply of scientific documentation to the Hellenic Confederation of

Commerce and Enterprises (ESEE) and the organisations – members thereof for
the exercise of their unionist role, as well as to the respective organisations of

the field of services with an orientation to the formulation of a National Strategy
for commerce and services and the strengthening of their position in the new

business environment.

- The design, organization and implementation of primary and secondary
research and scientific studies on the matters which pertain to each activity of

the industry of commerce, the services and in general the tertiary sector of the

economy.
- The promotion of scientific research on matters, problems, challenges,

developments, prospects of the Hellenic commerce and services.
- The systematic study of the matters of the trade and the services for the

support of the commercial enterprises, the service enterprises and the national

economy in general.
- The recording and monitoring of matters relevant to the employment and

the potential employment in commerce and in services.
