CHAPTER A´
FORMATION – NAME – SEAT – SCOPE – TERM

Article 1

For the relations of the Company with overseas, the name shall be used in a

true translation in the foreign language.

Article 2
Seat

As seat of the Company is designated the Municipality of $$$, Attica, where

the Company is brought before the Courts or Tribunals exclusively on any

dispute also in the cases of the special forum, in accordance with the Code of
Civil Procedure, pursuant to which it can be brought before Courts and

Tribunals outside of its seat, unless otherwise stipulated by the Law.
The Company can establish branches, agencies or merely trade agencies

thereof, anywhere in Greece and overseas, by virtue of a resolution of the
Board of Directors, which can simultaneously determine also the terms of their

direction and their general operation as well as the scope of their competence.

security and computer networks, (b) the production, manufacturing, trading
