power-of-attorney by which they declared that they appoint as their special attorney

Administrative, Financial, Consular, Tax and Ecclesiastical Authority as well

as before any adjudicating committee on objections, as a plaintiff or a
defendant. To effect for the support of the rights of the mandators all the main

and derivative procedural acts which are stated in article 97 of the Code of
Civil Procedure as well as any extrajudicial action. Thus, to lodge actions and

cross-actions as well as actions for the restitution of a leased immovable, to
submit petitions for interim measures and the issue of payment orders, the

restoration and the restitution of things in the status quo ante. To declare the

procedure which will be followed. To accept, notify, sign and deposit any type
of applications and documents as well as documents instituting the trial. To

contest documents as non-genuine and false or null. To sign orders for

execution, to receive copies of any document and executory certified excerpts
of contracts and decisions, to propose, exclude, summon and examine witnesses,

arbitrators and expert witnesses, to exclude judges, to administer, accept and
reverse administer oaths and to execute the favourable for the mandators

decisions and to contest the unfavourable decisions by all the means of review,
