ACT OF CONSENSUAL DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE AND
ARRANGEMENT OF CUSTODY, COMMUNICATION AND

ALIMONY OF CHILDREN PURSUANT TO ARTICLES 1438 AND
1441 OF THE CIVIL CODE (as standing following the application of

article 22 of Law 4509/2017)

[…] Also, in this framework we expressly agree upon and unreservedly on the

following:

CUSTODY – COMMUNICATION - PARENTAL CARE OF THE
CHILDREN:

[…] The second contracting party shall receive our children from their
residence and shall deliver them there.

3.- It is agreed upon that the first contracting party shall manage in any manner

whatsoever, exclusively himself and without any partnership or consent of the

second contracting party the property (movable and immovable) of our
children, which originates, or shall originate, in the future from the paternal,

family, or personal property (movable and immovable) and likewise shall
collect and manage all the respective incomes of our children, which shall

originate or shall originate in the future from the paternal, family, or his own
personal property (movable and immovable). It is likewise agreed upon that

the first of the contracting parties shall represent the children in any manner

and before any authority (administrative or judicial) in relation to their
hereinabove property.
