proofs and redemptions. To sign the relevant lease contracts. To dissolve leases.
To settle judicially or extrajudicially in leases of any type. To bring any means

of review for the eviction of the lessees and the restitution of the leasehold.

The mandators further declared the following: a) they approve and recognize
from this day onwards all the acts of their attorney in fact which are related to

the hereinabove mandates and which she acted or she shall act in the framework

of the granted mandates, as lawful, valid, and uncontested and as if they were
made by them themselves and legally binding for them and b) that the present

power of attorney does not cease from any lawful ground and is valid until its
revocation is legally notified whereto it must as well as to myself the Notary

Public.-
In witness of all the above there was drafted in their application the present

power of attorney on eight (8) sheets of paper with additional margins which

were left with their consent for which there shall be collected for my fees and
my dues with one (1) copy one hundred and twenty nine euro and forty eight

cent (129.48) including the Value Added Tax (VAT) of the amount of 24% and

the Judicial Buildings Erection Duty and in detail: one hundred and two EURO
(102.00) for my fees (notarial remuneration) on which the VAT due of the

amount of 24% of twenty four euro and forty eight (24.48) cent and three (3.00)
euro for other fees (Judicial Buildings Erection Duty) and which upon reading

clearly and audibly to be heard by the appearing mandators was validated duly
and is hereby signed by the appearing mandators and by myself as stipulated

by the law.-
