ACT ON THE VOLUNTARY RECOGNITION OF A CHILD

Furthermore the in the hereinabove first of the appearing persons declares a) that the
hereinabove recognition is made by him freely and with his will as the natural father of
the recognized by the present act unborn child b) that there is no kinship bond with the
mother of the unborn child and the second of the appearing parties and no other
impediment which impedes the recognition in question and c) that he desires that the
recognised by the present unborn child has all the rights and advantages which in
accordance with the Civil Code or any other relevant law is had by the children who
have been born within wedlock.
The second of the appearing persons $ daughter of Andreas and Vasiliki as the natural
mother of the hereinabove child who shall be born declares in accordance with articles
1475 and 1476 of the Civil Code that she consents to the, made by the present,
recognition of the unborn child of hers by its natural father and she has no objection to
it. Also, she declares that she is single both as to the father of her hereinabove unborn
child and first contracting party and with any other third person as arises from the
annexed to the present as from $/$/2022 certification – family status certificate of the
Municipality of Athens issued by the Civil and Municipal Status Directorate of the
Ministry of the Interior via the CSC of the Municipality of Kifisia.
I reminded to the hereinabove contracting parties that the declarations of the recognition
and the consent are made unconditionally and without a time limit and their possible
revocation is invalid and does not produce any legal effect.
The hereinabove contracting parties grant the competent Registrar with the mandate to
enter my present act in his relevant books to draft the relevant registration act for the
recognition of the hereinabove child of the hereinabove contracting parties and the
necessary notation at its margin.
