incorporation into the Greek legislation of Directive 2015/2366/EU

accompanied by specific records with the end date for their filing on 30.04.2018.
g) The under registration number DEEE $/15.05.2018 document of the company

under the name $$$ (hereinafter called the ‘applicant’) by which there is
petitioned the granting of an operation licence of the payment institution

pursuant to the provisions of L. 4537/2018 with the attached documents thereto.

h) The under number DEEE $/27.06.2018 document and the as from 18.06.2018
and 19.06.2018 e-mails of the Bank of Greece to the applicant, with which to it

are notified lacks as to the documents filed for the assessment of the licensing
application.

i) The under numbers DEEE 628/13.03.2018, 1569/25.05.2018, 1643/01.06.2018,
1918/26.06.2018, 2025/04.07.2018, 1876/21.06.2018, 1920/26.06.2018,

2052/05.07.2018, 2054/05.07.2017 and 2207/13.07.2018 documents or e-mails

as well as the e-mail of 25.06.2018 of the applicant to the Bank of Greece, with
which additional records were filed for the assessment of the application.

j) The as from 13.07.2018 Introductory Note of the Supervised Institutions

Inspection Department to the Credit and Insurance Committee.

HEREBY DECIDES

To issue to the Company under the name $$$ an operation licence of the payment

institution so that it provides payment services of element f (remittance services) of

paragraph 3 of article 4 of the L. 4537/2018.

The present shall be entered in the public record on the web site of the Bank of Greece,
it shall be published in the Government Gazette and be notified to the European Bank

Authority.
