Also the first of the appearing persons in the present $$$ declares that he appoints as
his special attorney in fact, agent and agent for service out of them $$$ daughter of

Andreas and Vasiliki to whom he grants the special mandate the power of attorney and
the right to sign instead of him any required document for the registration of the present

act in the competent Registry as well as for the registration thereof in the municipal
rolls of the Municipality of Athens or in the judgement of the mandatee of any other

Municipality or Community as well as to proceed to all the required actions of the

insurance of their child in the pension and insurance fund in which she, the second of
the contracting parties is insured, signing any required document, application or

petition or statement or declaration and even a solemn declaration under art. 8 L.
1599/1986 and proceeding to any lawful action which is possibly required for the

completion of the hereinabove supplied mandates even if it is not stated expressly in
the present.
