On 03/01/2018 and at time 21:30 driver A appeared at the $$$ Traffic Police Department
with the Vehicle A and declared to us his injury from a vehicular accident of material
damage which occurred on 02/01/2018 and at time 14:40 at the hereinabove place and
time for which initially there had been formed a bulletin of material losses which is
attached to the case file.
