(15) To be examined is the external appearance of the vehicles in general and there is
investigated the existence and the regular operation of the steering, braking and lighting
systems. For the tyres there is examined the external appearance thereof and is noted the
date of their manufacturing if this is possible
(16) To be stated is if a check was made by which means (alcohol meter, blood collection)
as well as the result.
(17) To be examined is the condition of the drivers – affected persons from the point of
view of physical soundness, vision or hearing the clothing colour of the pedestrians during
the night etc. It is also stated the appointment of expert witnesses or the taking of
photographs in the event of truck vehicles, if they were loaded and with which materials,
the damage which was caused to the technical constructions of the roads (e.g. the sign
posts, the safety guardrail etc.) as well as any other evidence which is conducive to the
investigation of the conditions under which the accident took place.
