Insurance Terms Book with the stated therein insurance terms.

In the event of the exercise of this right, the insurance Beneficiary must send to the
Company with a registered letter the attached template of the written declaration of the

opposition, within 14 days from the receipt of the insurance contract, so that the
conclusion of the contract is frustrated.

4. To this insurance contract the following are attached: the Car Insurance Terms Book

with the General and Special Insurance Terms and the Exceptions, but also the inlet
which contains Templates of the statements to oppose, the statement of the receipt of

the insurance contract, as well as documents with regard to the compensation.
5. Of the terms which are included in the car Insurance Terms Book, of your concern

are and apply in your case, the General Terms of Civil Liability and Optional Covers
(Part 01), the General Exceptions (Part 05) and the Special Terms of New Drivers, the

Limit of Cover and Compensation (Part 04). Also, of your concern are and apply only

if you have selected the respective cover, the General and Special Terms of this cover.
In any event, the Special terms override the General ones.
