INSURANCE POLICY TERMS

1. The present insurance contract was issued on the basis of the insurance offer which

was been submitted and is governed by the provisions of the standing Greek legislation
(L. 4364/2016, L. 2496/1997, P.D. 237/1986 as standing etc.), the General and Special

Insurance Terms which are contained in the attached Insurance Terms Book and the

terms which are contained in the insurance proposal. All the insurance terms constitute
a single and integral part of the insurance contract were notified to the contracting party

who received copies and accepts them. Also, it is notified that there is not granted
insurance cover for the EXCEPTIONS which are provided in the General and Special
