act by the authorities satisfies the affected person fully. The partial only
satisfaction extinguishes the punishability as to the respective part only.
2. If the actor of the acts of par. 1 until the commencement of the penal
prosecution satisfies fully the affected person paying with proof or in the
declaration of the affected person or of his heirs the capital and interest at
the lawful interest rate a penal prosecution does not commence and the case
is put on file with a reasoned act of the misdemeanours court public
prosecutor.
